Mark Fisher's X-Planes 1940 - 1970 collection
for version 6.xx, 7.xx, and 8.xxx.

Mark Fisher can be contacted at mf70@hotmail.com
X-Plane is a flight simulator available from www.X-Plane.com

Planes from the "Modern" era.

To reduce storage, I've removed all 6.xx models if there is an updated 7.xx version. Please contact me if you need the "earlier" version.

Cessna 521b Golden EagleThis is the 6.xx version of Hal Stoen's corporate mount, as described in his wonderful stories, available at http://www.stoenworks.com

Distantly based on Thad Parker's 5.10 421B, 100% recontoured, with custom panel and several critical functional changes. Revised to operate in all versions of X-Plane, from 6.00 to current.

Quick re-save to 7.63. Loadable in 8.15

Cessna Centurion 210b For many years, Cessna offered this plane to those that were looking for a step up in speed and capacity from the 172. This is the THIRD version of the aircraft - eventually there were turbocharged and pressurized variants.

Revised to operate in all version of X-Plane 6.xx, from 6.00 to 6.60.

Quick re-save to 8.04. It was test flown, but not flight tested for authenticity.

DeHavilland Beaver DHC-2 This is still treasured as the backbone of the north. Paint and panels are from a Kenmore Air aircraft I got to ride in.
Land Versions: Clean, with revised vstab: DHC-2 In Air Force colors... Wolf.gif (8283 bytes)

"Beater": DHC-2 as it appeared in the movie of Never Cry Wolf. With skis and canoe "load" (both removable through the "weapons" load options).

All these models will accept the supplemental interior views. (You may have to do a little re-naming)

Saunders-Roe P.192 This dream aircraft was intended to carry British P&O passengers to Australia in only four days in incomprable luxury. How fortunate it was never built...
Mar-1.GIF (7313 bytes) Sikorski VH-3D "Marine One" This aircraft is only known as "Marine One" when the President is aboard, but, hey, it's a sim! Adapted from Jester's beautiful HSS-2b model with permission.
Maule MX-7-180B "Star Rocket" Belford D. Maule was another Wisconsin man like Pietenpol, but with more of an intrest in manufacturing. His line of small bush planes has become a modern bush staple.
With custom panel and RF view, AND full passenger load. (You can leave Uncle Fester on the ground by selectively clearing the "weapons" selection.)
XS-1.GIF (5323 bytes)
XS-1 Bell rocket plane. In 2nd generation white paint. With custom panel.

Douglas X-3 "Stiletto" Douglas aircraft designed the Stiletto to be the triumphant follow-on to the X-1 and X-2. Unfortunately, the engines they hoped to power it with wouldn't fit inside the sexy, sleek airframe. Oops. The result was a Hangar Queen.
B-29.GIF (8818 bytes)
B-29 Mothership With X-1 "weapon." If you are a weapons guru, let me know how to get the rocket to climb after release.
