Carter Copter Technology DemonstratorFor 6.51This model is based on the AutoCAD drawings used to create the real thing, modified to match current changes, as seen at www.cartercopters.com. Austin includes a pretty good model of this aircraft along with the program suite.  What he doesn't include is the POH! Download that below. Best flown with collective - sacrifice your throttle control for collective if you must. >>>Click here to read POH<<<

Un "tweaked" 7.63 version. It flies, but I haven't verified its performance. Jump takeoffs in particular are uncertain.

NxCC For 6.51 As a followon to the CCTD (above), CarterCopter is building the NxCC. This aircraft will seat seven, and use a 600 HP turboprop.>>>Click here to read POH<<<

NxCC-ULR  For 6.51 Jay Carter has plans for taking an extended-wing version of the next generation of CarterCopter around the world. In one hop. Faster than Voyager did it.>>>Click here to read POH<<<

PAC 750XL Pacific Aviation (New Zealand?) is developing this turboprop lifter, capable of lifting 17 VERY friendly parachutists at a time. With skydivers (only 6, sorry) .

Float Version Just a "what if..." proposed by the guys at PAC.
Skins and custom panel by Paul Brunskill.

Long-EZ Rutan's escapee from the Martian Air Force. Model built with Cliff Cady's help. Converted from 5.53.

Dauphin AS365 A VERY popular mid-size helicopter, based (with permission) on Andrew Rerecich's ground-breaking Coast Guard HH65. Note the fenestron tail and correct 11 fan blades AND  "Pan down" panel, allowing MUCH easier hover. Thanks to Brett S. for some autopilot tweaking, and keeping me honest with rotor speeds in autorotation.

Here in Maryland State police colors. Call sign is "Trooper 8", and that's what ATC will call you.

Gossamer Albatross Paul MacReady's glorified glider model did what no one in a hundred years could do: allow a man to fly across the English Channel under his own power.
