Low flying in the Swedish air force

There used to be no general set minimum altitude limit in the Swedish air force, every exercise had a minimum altitude set individually (perhaps some had none, I'm not certain). But the attitude of "We were ordered to patrol the coast at 50 m, but we stayed closer to 15 m!", external tanks left in the sea and more serious accidents led to minimum altitudes beeing set in the 1960's:
Over water: 10 m
Over land: 20 m
This is what I heard in the mid to late 1970's too.

Now, these limits have been raised, FlygvapenNytt 4+5/1987 says:

Over water: 20 m
Over land: 50 m, momentarily 30 m
Attacking low flying targets: 50 m VMC, 500 m IMC
Manoeuvering air combat: 100 m
