Fällkniven K2

This is a very good kitchen knife with a black coated, santoku shaped thin blade and a very comfortably shaped handle making it a good choice for all kinds of vegetables.

The shape of the handle which narrows towards the rear provides a good grip for both pushing and pulling motions, as well as chopping.

It's easy to slice using all of the edge or just part of it for chopping. The balance point is just where the handle meets the blade and it's not heavy, so using it for extended time is no problem. I like it much, so I'll in many cases use it instead of a smaller knife.

This knife is clearly better in most ways than all other kitchen knives I've tried, and since I've got long term experience with VG10 edges at this hardness I don't think I'll get any surprises with this one. It's certainly not expensive for what you get.

The only thing about it which isn't ideal, is that the very nice wooden display/transport box it comes in is a bit larger than it needs to be.
